Try setting your alarm clock half an hour earlier each morning and meditate your way to an easier start each day. Make sure you set a back up alarm just in case you fall back asleep which is one of the pitfalls of the deep relaxation achieved from meditation.

Although the goal is really to fall fully awake sometimes you might fall asleep in the process. Still deep relaxation is always a great state to achieve. Just make sure you always have a back up alarm set.

This especially helps on those mornings when you are going to hit the ground running and know you are going to wake up in a dis-ease mind state thinking about what you have to accomplish later that day.

I find this a much better way to start my day . . . calm, centered, relaxed, able to stay focused in Awareness. Peace ♥
