leaves haiku|

I’m fascinated with leaves| . . . I’m always surprised that everyone wants to quickly sweep them up and discard them . . . or now  — blow them away . . . like the big bad wolf trying to blow down the three little pigs houses down, doesn’t it always take awhile to gather all the leaves in one nice neat pile . . .   to me leaves are delicate, beautiful, unique . . . representing the cycle of life . . .  I see art and music combined . . . I like to gather them and scatter them on my table top . . . think about that next time you go outside to blow them in a pile inside your gutter for the street sweeper to take away  . . .  here’s a haiku I wrote . . .
