Before Dawn Haiku|

I enjoy hearing the sounds of the world| outside me waking up. And on the rare occasions when I seem to wake| up before my corner| of the world| does I enjoy just listening| to the soundscape| . . . catching the quiet| . . . and the night| seem to pass its quiet torch| to the business of the new day| . . . the miracle of the break of dawn|:
