Stand up to Fear| On Thoughts and Thinking|


Stand up to fear . . . you will frighten it away!

(I’m only talking about fearful thoughts that create fear in your mind) . . . thoughts that are untrue . . . overwhelming, paralyzing, limiting, and frightening in nature . . . they are powerless on their own . . . in 30 seconds a thought will be gone just like it came . . . remember this next time an unwanted thought tries to bully you . . . 1) do nothing but watch the thought and it will go away . . . or; 2) address, the thought, “Hello fear, I’m not afraid of you any more.” Either way stand up to fear — you will frighten it away . . .
