Release Your Shoulders Meditation

You can do this anywhere, anytime. Standing, sitting, walking.

1) Drop your shoulders.

2) Breathe 3x, half smiling.

3) On the in breath, breathe in to your shoulders.

4) On the out breath, breathe tension out from your shoulders.

If you carry a lot of tension in your shoulders, check in with your shoulders several times a day.

Be where you are while you’re there and don’t forget to smile!|
