Come Walk with Me for Peace, zendi4peace, guided mindfulness walk at Crab Cove, Alameda, October 3, 2010

I invite you to come walk with me for peace, as I kick-off my first zendi4peace, guided mindfulness walk at Crab Cove in Alameda, 10:00 a.m, Sunday, October 3. The practice of mindfulness through following the breath and awarenessing the present moment brings both inner and outer peace.

Mindfulness walks are very gentle. Enjoy the sounds and sights of nature surrounding you while reconnecting with your body and mind and learn how you can reduce stress by showing up for your life. Put on your walking shoes, and come walk with me. I would love to see you.

I am taking reservations for the October 3, 2010 zendi4peace, guided mindfulness walk at Crab Cove in Alameda.
