Meet at Crab Cove in Alameda. Come meditate| and walk| in a very serene| setting and great place for a mindfulness| walk|!
Introduction 5 minute meditation exercise, easy 1-2 mile mindfulness walk, discussion of our experience afterwards.
Our exercise will be a 5 minute follow the breath, half smiling meditation. Our mindfulness walk will be awarenessing the soundscape around us. I hope you can all make it.
Learn how to walk & meditate| for health| for free! The practice of mindfulness| is awareness| of your present experience with acceptance. Learn how pop up thoughts| are untrue. Learn how simply watching negative thoughts that are fearful or anxiety producing will dissolve in 30-90 seconds into something much more interesting. Your mind is a powerful tool and ally you can practice thinking thoughts that make you feel good. Exercise is so good for you! Exercise your body and learn how you can relax your mind at the same time through the practice of walking & meditating for health. Meetup the first Sunday each month. Bring a friend. RSVP.
